usually I just ignore the hate on youtube, but someone just accused me of stealing their idea for a video and I got so mad that I kinda chewed them out:
Too harsh? I just got so mad because so many times I’ve felt that people have “stolen” ideas from me (and anyone who knows me knows that I try VERY hard to be original, I turn down lots of song/vid suggestions because I know they’ve been done already), but I’ve never gone to far as to accuse them and I’ve just learned to give them the benefit of the doubt because honestly, it’s not like I or anyone has carte blanche on certain songs or pairings or fandoms, and ideas are going to get reused…that’s just what youtube is.
Sorry, I know this is very unlike me, I just got really upset, upset enough to actually reply to the hate, which I never do.

[thanks to everyone who offered some great song suggestions. I ended up using my original idea and just shortening it a bit. It’s still not my best but I was too frustrated last night to make anything brilliant. And now thanks to all of you, I have a lot of new songs to possibly vid later on when I’m actually inspired :) ]
